Aging in number doesn’t necessarily mean you have to age physically! It is never too late to start a workout and diet regimen and feel energized! I absolutely love my Senior clients. They value health more than anything, dedicated and never cancel sessions. Even ones who never worked out prior to me, say “we never did this before and now we see how much better we feel”. It is such a pleasure to train people who truly understand and appreciated being able to move, walk, do the stairs, travel and live life!

Ages 60+ , this program is Functional Movement Solutions driven. Loosening up the joints, activating dormant muscles essential for join movement, building the supporting muscles to allow joint functionality and creating the body to move as a unit. Eliminating pain and creating free movement for my clients to pick up the newspaper from the door step, to walking up the subway stairs with ease is my motivation and happiness within this program.

  • Choice of weekly to monthly commitment
